Leaders are committed lifelong learners and explorers. They require same qualities from others
Leaders believe in self-improvement and education. They know that the speed at which they travel depends on qualities they develop in themselves and others. They improve on a daily basis in areas that matter the most to their goals, objectives and vision. Effective leaders are generous, share what they learned, and apply what is important. They require the same contribution and commitment from subordinates. Leaders have coaches, consultants, accountants and other professionals to help them reach their full potential. They ask questions and mix with the right people that can help them grow but they never assume nor accept their opinions as truthful without questioning and subsequently, take them for granted.
Curiosity – behavior that creates synergy and opportunities
The curiosity is one of the main distinctive leadership qualities as they never accept points and philosophies without validating them in reality. Different opinions and views on the topic serve as a constructive way to challenge how we see things around us. Leaders are not engaged in a group thinking philosophy. They dare to be different and are calculated risk takers. Every difficulty they face is a new opportunity to learn and develop new skills. They ask: “what can we learn from it and how are we going to benefit from it”?
Leaders have their own measure of success, which is based on what are their highest priorities, their highest value adding projects, etc. Keeping the score is important, but knowing in your own terms when, where and why you are on or off the charted course is valuable success ingredient.
Effective leaders care about the future of the organisation
Some of the best roles leaders perform are in mentoring, coaching and developing their employees. They offer unreserved support, wisdom, solutions and make themselves truly available. Their doors are always open when all other resources are used and when employees really put structured effort in order to find solutions.

Leaders are optimistic & charismatic characters
Leaders think and stay positive even when times are tough. They never close doors to opportunities, discussions and collaboration that may happen in the future. They do not burn their bridges and destroy alliances. They never know when they are going to need them again. Leaders are open and approachable and always seek for a win- win situation to benefit all the parties involved.
Why leading by example always pays at the end
Leaders lead by example and the universe supports them and reward for all the positive things they do. People love to be guided, empowered and accompanied with smart -thinking people, optimistic and positive characters that provide value and make this world a better place.
